Contracting Management Inc. was founded and incorporated January 22, 1998 with our first contract award of $3,000 for a local grocery retailer. In just 10 short years, Contracting Management Inc. has grown to be a full service General Contractor/Construction Manager. As we enter our 11th year in business, Contracting Management Inc.’s goals include continued targeted growth for the Northeastern United States, Maryland and Virginia.
Our projects have included new construction of retail facilities with our leading client being Aldi Inc. Our experience also leads into the restaurant sector. These include several Dunkin Donuts, Friendly’s and Subway Restaurants as well as Bone Fish Grill and Outback Steak House. In the public sector, we have completed dining halls, student convenience store and a theater renovation for SUNY Oneonta. Brookfield Schools and SUNY Brockport were home to other major renovations and additions. We make sure our clients receive only the best in contractor services, with maximum efficiency and reliability. CMI emphasizes safety, quality, reliability and excellence in our services to each client. Our reputation and dedication in these areas are solid and unwavering, and continues to be our objective.
In 2008, we launched CMI Southern Contractors, Inc., a division of Contracting Management Inc., to service the Southern United States. Currently, we have completed projects as far south as North Carolina. Our aim is to continue the steady progression of growth down the Eastern Seaboard into Florida.
