Mr. McGrath is responsible for developing and managing strategies to pursue Federal contracts.He manages strategic Capture Planning to include leading Technical Proposal efforts and Market Analysis, Outside Sales, and “Red Team” Technical Proposal Evaluation for Contracting Management, Inc.
